• Guide rods are 1” CCRO ANSI 1045 solid steel case hardened
• Laser notched chrome steel bar catches with 8 starting release points & mounting.
• Frames are constructed of high stress 3/16” ASTM A-500 gradeB structural steel tubing (11gauge) 3” x 3”, 2” x 3” tubing.
• 4 Stage state of the art magnetic powder coat process including pellet blasting (sand blasting) then goes through a 3 stage was system before coating & baking on the urethane paint finish.
• Lifetime warranty on the frame, 5 yrs. on the guide rods & linear bearings, 2 yrs. on the cables.
