Delivery
Healthline owns 12 semi trucks that deliver products around the continental United States. We also are able to ship products Internationally through associate companies who handle overseas shipping. Healthline will deliver all equipment to the customer’s front door unless the customer requests an installation. In that case our professional driver will install the equipment in the location that the customer desires. Our products are carefully blanket wrapped and secured on our trucks. By using our own trucks and professional drivers Healthline is able to minimize any possible damage to the equipment. We take pride in the quality that we ensure in the shipping of our products.
Refused Shipments
Any cancellation made after product ships or refusal of a product for any reasons including damaged is subject to a 20% cancellation & restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. This applies to the actual shipping costs. There are NO REFUNDS for any shipping expenses. IF ITEM IS DAMAGED, YOU MUST ACCEPT THE DELIVERY AND NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS. THIS WILL ALLOW GIVING US THE OPPRTUNITY TO HELP YOU REPAIR/REPLACE THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AT YOUR LOCATION AND TO AVOID YOUR RETURN FEES. If the product is returned to us, it must be in the same condition received along with packing material. If it is not is same condition, you may be charged for services to replace it in original condition
